Our prices are based on Flat fee rate. We have very competitive prices.
To register, you can download the registration form below and complete it. Please note uncompleted registrations will not be processed. You can leave your registration form in our lobby with the receptionist or you can send it to our email at
Once your registration is completed and approved we will be contacting you to give you the necessary information for the lunch service for your child.

If you need to stop your service at any time, you must request a stop of services with a minimum of one to two weeks before the change is effective; for this you must fill out the corresponding form below.
